At the end of last year we migrated the last 1A-server from Slackware to Debian 8 “Jessie”. Support for this version will stop on June 30, 2020. That is why we started preparations for upgrading to the newest version, Debian 10 “Buster” earlier this year.

Microsoft embraces the Linux Foundation and becomes Platinum member

On November 16, 2016, the hatchet was buried between the Windows and Linux camps. On this historic day, Microsoft joined The Linux Foundation. The Microsoft embraces The Linux Foundation and becomes Platinum member, the highest level of membership.John Gossman, Architect on the Microsoft Azure team, will join The Linux Foundation Board of Directors.
